Rose quartz is the stone of love and infinite peace. It attunes to the heart center, radiating loving and compassionate energy. Rose quartz represents love for one self, one’s partner, family, friends, community, the Earth, the Universe and the Divine.

Rose quartz is said to heal the heart of its wounds, allowing one to love and trust again. Rose quartz is one of the most important crystals to wear, use in meditation, place in crystal grids and to sleep with.

How To Measure Your Wrist

Measure the exact size of your wrist in the place where you would normally wear your bracelet.

Use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist. Record the inches or cm amount.

OR

Wrap a piece of string around your wrist and mark it where it overlaps. You can cut the string where it overlaps if you want. Then place the string on a flat surface and measure beside a ruler.

How to Care

Take off when showering. Do not expose in direct sunlight for long periods as this will fade the stones colour.
How to Cleanse

Crystals you are working with or keeping on your body should generally be cleansed every 10 days or so.

Run your rose quartz through sage or palo santo smoke to cleanse any prior energy the stone has picked up or absorbed.

How to cleanse with smoke:

1. Open your windows

2. Light your sage or palo santo with intention – “I am lighting this sage to cleanse my rose quartz crystal.”

3. Run the rose quartz through the smoke, visualizing all prior energy releasing out the window

How to cleanse with a singing bowl:

1. Place your crystal inside or just outside the singing bowl

2. Run the mallet around the rim of the bowl creating sound vibrations

3. Visualize all prior releasing from the crystals with the vibrations of the sounds
How To Charge

Crystals can be charged by way of:

1. Placing in the moonlight

2. Buried in sand or the ground

3. Sound bowl

4. Left in sunlight for short periods (be sure to double check if your particular crystal is sun sensitive)
Set your intention

In order to have your crystal work it's magick, you must set your intention with the crystal.

For example, if you want rose quartz to attune to your heart frequency and promote emotional healing, we recommend doing something like this:

1. Place the crystal in your left hand.

2. Close your eyes and take a deep calm breath.

3. Visualize yourself surrounded by rose quartz's beautiful deep pink glowing light

4. Speak aloud: "This is my rose quartz crystal. It will attune to my heart frequency, deepening my capacity to love, welcoming compassionate and caring energy into my life. Rose quartz will help facilitate emotional healing and soften my heart from past heartbreaks. And so it is."

5. Visualize a gorgeous swirling pink light around you entering the top of your head and filling your heart up with rose quartz loving energy.
