Where do you ship from?
The Adisa May Skincare team proudly hand ships all orders from Ontario, Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
adisamayskincare.com offers FREE shipping* on all domestic orders. We process free shipping within 1-5 business days from the time of your purchase.
*We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
We use Purolator, UPS or Canada Post to ship our products.
How long will my order take to ship?
We cannot guarantee the arrival date of your order with free shipping and orders typically take 1-9 business days to arrive once shipped.
What other shipping methods do you offer?
At the moment we currently only offer free shipping. We are looking to offer express shipping at the cost to the customer in the near future.
When will I get my order?
When your order is shipped you will be sent via email a notification with a tracking number.
We process orders Monday to Friday and any order placed on Friday after 1pm will be processed on the following Monday.
Our current time frame for processing orders is between 1-5 days from the time of your purchase.

We are currently not offering our products outside of Canada.
